Public Areas

Ø  Guests are requested to observe the required social distance between themselves and other guests at all times.  Priority should be given to guests walking up the stairs and to those leaving the premises.

Ø  Hand sanitiser will be available in the hallway. Please use this before you enter either the sitting or dining rooms.

Ø  Additional cleaning of all public areas will take place with special attention to frequent touch points such as door handles, light switches and the stair rail.

Ø  The guest sitting room and balcony will be available to those who wish to use them. However, they should only be used by the occupants of one room, single household or extended household/’bubble’ at a time. If these areas are already in use please return later.

Ø  The public bathroom on the first floor will be closed. If you would like to make use of the facilities in this room please let us know and appropriate arrangements will be made.

Breakfast

Ø  Use of the hand sanitiser provided is requested before entering the dining room. All guests will be allocated a table with the name of their room clearly visible.

Ø  The appropriate social distance will be observed between tables in the dining room.  

Ø  Our breakfast buffet has been removed but all the choices usually provided will be available.

Ø  All breakfasts will now have to be pre-ordered. Order sheets will be provided in your room

 

Bedrooms

Ø  All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned, ventilated and sanitised prior to occupancy.

Ø  Your in-room fridge will have been cleaned, sanitised and fresh milk and chilled water will be available.

Ø  Any unnecessary soft furnishings such as cushions and throws have been removed.

Ø  The guest information folder has been removed but is available on request.

Ø  A laminated and sanitised up to date information sheet will be available in all rooms along with a summary of the ‘Test, Trace and Protect’ guidelines in Wales.

Ø  All bedding is professionally laundered.

Ø  Unless there is a specific need or request, your room will not be entered by anyone else, including us, for the duration of your stay.

Ø  As we are not able to provide a daily room service:

·         A supply of anti-bacterial wipes will be available for you to use in your room.

·         Towels will be replaced or dried on request by leaving them in the provided bag outside your room.

·         Full bin liners will be disposed of daily.

·         All dirty cups/glasses left outside your room will be replaced.

·         Tea tray items or toiletries will be replenished by completing the request sheets provided.

Check Out and Payment

Ø    Check-out is by 10.30 am and guests are politely asked to make sure they leave by this time due to all the additional time required to clean your room for arriving guests.

Ø     In order that contact is minimised we would recommend that where possible guests make outstanding payments prior to arrival either by Bank Transfer (details available on request) or Card Payment over the telephone.

Ø     If this is not possible payment can be taken during your stay by card. Cash payments will also be accepted. Please let us know your preference either prior to, or on arrival.

Ø     If you, or a member of your household, becomes unwell with any coronavirus symptoms during your stay you must let us know. We will give you appropriate advice regarding isolating and testing and you will be asked to check out as soon as is possible.
